DUSTAC has been designing and implementing dust control solutions in Australia’s mining, civil and construction sectors for over 18 years. We design customised solutions that have practical applicability to the unique conditions and processes each of our clients face and we have a proven track record of exemplary after sales service. We view every project as a relationship milestone and are committed to ensuring our dust control systems remain relevant for the life of the project. Our service commitment ensures our clients have peace of mind and we strive to operate as an extension of every project team we work with.

To date we have been fortunate to have supported a cross section of clients from blue chip ASX listed conglomerates, to small family-owned operations. This exposure to various elements of Australian industry has moulded us into a company that understands customer needs and expectations under varying market forces. We have documented success in a number of sectors within both the mining and construction industries. In mining we have active customers utilising our solutions in exploration, mine production, mine processing, materials handling, crushing circuits, ROM operations, stockpile management, underground operations, mine construction projects and Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF). In civil and construction, we have clients in demolition, property development, subdivisions, civil construction, port developments, CBD construction and general road management and construction. Furthermore, we have provided dust control solutions to some of the biggest Port handling facilities in Australia located in Port Hedland and Dampier.
People Driven
Our management team have experience across a broad range of sciences including business management, civil and construction, mining, chemical engineering, materials handling, manufacturing, process design and optimisation, quality system management and international trade and shipping. Delivering solutions on time and within budget by operating safety and with the community in mind are core principles.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
At DUSTAC we consider quality a core value. We subscribe to the QAS operator’s initiative to ensure we are at the forefront of quality in the manufacturing sector. Furthermore, we are currently awaiting approval for formal ISO certification.
Our management team have training in Six Sigma, Postgraduate business (MBA) and QAS. Ongoing personnel development programs ensure the quality of our people is sustained, as well as the quality of our processes and products.

Our culture is GREEN. We base our service delivery on environmental security and sustainability. Our products are biodegradable, made from natural products and most importantly, all of our products are designed to save you water. Our unique water wise features include:

Reduction in water used on roads as roads hold together better.

Every project we work on will incorporate water being extracted from the natural environment and used to control dust. We have designed our product range to reduce the water you require to manage dust and we ensure your environmental footprint is reduced.
We have used DUSTAC for a number of years and it definitely holds the dust down and reduces our water usage. It is easy to apply and the DUSTAC guys are always on hand to support.

In heavy traffic areas like rail access roads DUSTAC does a fantastic job keeping the road together and reducing our reliance on grading
RIO TINTO RAIL MAINTENANCE
We used SOILOC to seal our rail formations on the Rio Tinto Gudai Darri railway line to ensure surface integrity and reduce erosion of batters – DUSTAC gave us an excellent product supported by great service.
WORLEY
We tried different products on our exploration roads in the east Pilbara – DUSTAC customised a product for us that was effective at containing fines and maintaining a competent running surface.
RIO TINTO EXPLORATION
We needed a quick, cost effective dust management solution. The team at DUSTAC responded quickly and we had our solution at short notice and within budget
MACA MINING
DUSTAC presented us an alternative dust control strategy for broadacre management on one of our subdivision projects. Not only was it more cost effective, but it also gave us a better, more environmentally safe finish.
