We have documented success in a number of sectors within both the mining and construction industries. In mining we have active customers utilising our solutions in exploration, mine production, mine processing, materials handling, crushing circuits, ROM operations, stockpile management, underground operations, mine construction projects and Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF). In civil and construction, we have clients in demolition, property development, subdivisions, civil construction, port developments, CBD construction and general road management and construction. Furthermore, we have provided dust control solutions to some of the biggest Port handling facilities in Australia located in Port Hedland and Dampier.

Our management team have experience across a broad range of sciences including business management, civil and construction, mining, chemical engineering, materials handling, manufacturing, process design and optimisation, quality system management and international trade and shipping. Delivering solutions on time and within budget by operating safety and with the community in mind are core principles.

Our culture is GREEN. We base our service delivery on environmental security and sustainability. Our products are biodegradable, made from natural products and most importantly, all of our products are designed to save you water. Our unique water wise features include:

Every project we work on will incorporate water being extracted from the natural environment and used to control dust. We have designed our product range to reduce the water you require to manage dust and we ensure your environmental footprint is reduced.
DUSTAC has been supplying DUSTLOC to Fortescue port handling facilities for more than 7 years and continues to safely and successfully assist the site operations team to manage all unsealed roads in an environmentally responsible manner.
FORTESCUE Port Handling Facilities
DUSTAC has spent more than 8 years working closely with the Rio Tinto Rail Maintenance team to track road data and implement dust suppression programs that suit the teams operations whilst managing their vast network of rail maintenance tracks.

DUSTAC successfully supplied and applied Soiloc to the Gudai Darri railway formation and Crossing Bridge abutment during the construction phase of the line to ensure surface integrity and reduce erosion.
Worley
DUSTAC has been involved with Rio Tinto at the Winu Copper Operation since exploration stage. We customised a road binding agent to manage soft sand passages through the dunes for access road construction and maintenance. The successful implementation of this project was completed in one of the most environmentally and culturally sensitive ecosystems in Australia.

We needed a quick, cost effective dust management solution. The team at DUSTAC responded quickly and we had our solution at short notice and within budget.
Maca Mining
DUSTAC presented us an alternative dust control strategy for broadacre management on one of our subdivision projects. Not only was it more cost effective, but it also gave us a better, more environmentally safe finish.
WA Limestone
DUSTAC played a crucial role in the development and expansion of the Miralga Creek project for Hancock Iron Ore by successfully managing over 90km of haul road and access road. Haul roads carrying upwards of 80 quads per day were treated with DUSTAC designed additives to control dust and stabilise the road surface. For three years the team from DUSTAC were onsite as a key contractor ensuring the roads were safe for traffic.
